You may have heard of Xome® Super Seller while talking with other agents, customers or real estate investors you work with.
Because of that, we wanted to go over what the program is and how it can benefit real estate agents that join the Xome Agent Network.
With Xome Super Seller, we connect agents with qualified leads who are ready to sell. We do this by utilizing the website, our dedicated Xome Concierge® team and mobile application.
How does the program work?
We knew you’d ask.
We charge sellers an upfront fee of $599, which is waived during the promotional period, to get their property enrolled in the Super Seller program*. From there the property is listed on the local MLS, syndicated to thousands of national real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com and marketed to potential buyers on the Xome Offer Marketplace, bringing the property to auction*.
You work with the seller, organizing showing times and going through the regular real estate process–all with our concierge team behind you providing support.
Once a buyer wins the auction, they pay a 5% buyer’s premium which is split between the listing agent, buyer’s agent and Xome*.
- 2% for the Listing Agent
- 2% for the Buyer’s Agent
- 1% for Xome*
So how do I become a Xome Agent?
We’ve hand selected agents from the top 1,500 brokerages nationwide, and we’re looking for the next set of great agents to join our network.
Sounds good right?
That’s because it is.
The application process is straightforward, however, we don’t accept every agent into our program So if you’re interested in learning more hit the contact us button below or send us an email at email@example.com.
