So college is over, and you just landed a job in Dallas, TX. Chances are that you attended college somewhere else within the state or country, so knowing where to move in Dallas could be tough.

5. The Colony

Located in Denton County, The Colony is a great place for millennials to move to. If you’re a lover of water, The Colony is a great place, as it’s located on Lewisville Lake. Nearly one-in-five residents are millennials, so you’ll have plenty of others around to mingle with.

4. Farmers Branch

Farmers Branch is a great place for any millennial looking to call Dallas home. If you work for JPMorgan Chase or IBM you’re in luck as they both have major offices located in Farmers Branch. It also provides very good access to bars and coffee shops as well as a reasonable commute time to downtown (21 minutes).

Lewisville comes in second place on our list of best places for millennials to live in Dallas. Head downtown in 32 minutes or stay close to the lake, the choice is yours in Lewisville. We’d recommend checking out the Sounds of Lewisville Concert Series once you get to town.
