8. Lewis and Clark Trail

7. Flathead lake

The Battle of Little Bighorn took place on this field June 25-26th, 1876. Drawing tourists and locals alike, the battlefield is definitely one of the most important historical things to see in Montana. There is a national monument which draws thousands of tourists per year.
